For buyers

What exactly am I buying?
A published article on a specific news or media outlet, with a live link you can share and track. Every listing shows the outlet's price, domain authority, estimated reach, turnaround time and whether links are dofollow and indexed, so you know what you are paying for before you order.
Why are outlet names hidden on the public catalog?
Rates on the board are negotiated with each outlet, so full names and URLs are shown to signed-in members only. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute: sign up here.
Do I need to write the article myself?
No. You can send your own draft, or order professionally written content from our writers when you place the order. Every outlet has its own editorial rules, and the desk will tell you if a draft needs changes before it goes live.
How long does publication take?
Each outlet lists its own turnaround — many publish within a few working days, while some premium outlets take longer. The turnaround is shown before you buy and is tracked on the order once it starts.
Can I manage several brands or clients?
Yes. Create a project per brand or client. Orders, spend and live links are kept separate, and you can download white-label reports for each project.
What if the outlet doesn't publish?
Your payment sits in escrow until the live link is delivered and you approve it. If an order is declined, cancelled or misses its deadline, the full amount goes back to your balance.

For publishers

Does it cost anything to list my website?
No. Listing is free. Nova PR earns a service fee on the buyer's side, so the price you set is the amount you earn for each completed order.
How do I prove I own the website?
After adding a site you'll get a short meta tag to place in your homepage <head>. Click verify and we confirm ownership automatically. Our team then reviews the site's metrics before it goes live in the marketplace.
Do I have to accept every order?
No. You review every brief and article first. Accept what fits your editorial standards and decline the rest — the buyer is refunded automatically when you decline.
When do I get paid?
As soon as the buyer approves your live link — or automatically if they haven't responded within three days — the order amount moves from escrow to your earnings balance. You can then request a withdrawal to PayPal.

Payments & escrow

How do I pay for orders?
Top up your Nova PR wallet by card, PayPal or crypto, then pay for orders from your balance. You get an invoice for every deposit.
How does escrow work?
When you order, the price is moved from your main balance into a reserved (escrow) balance. It is only released to the publisher once the article is live and approved. Rejected or cancelled orders are returned to your main balance in full.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown on each listing is the price you pay for the placement. Optional extras such as content writing show their cost, including any service fee, in the order summary before you confirm.
Can I get a refund of my wallet balance?
Unused balance can be refunded on request, less any payment-processor fees. Contact the desk and we’ll handle it.

Affiliate program

How much do affiliates earn?
10% of the value of every completed order placed by buyers you refer — for the lifetime of their account, not just their first purchase.
How long does the referral cookie last?
180 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within that window, they're attributed to you.
When and how are commissions paid?
Commissions are added to your affiliate balance when an order completes. Once you reach $100 you can request a payout; payouts are processed monthly to PayPal.
Do I need a separate account to be an affiliate?
No. Every Nova PR account — buyer or publisher — comes with an affiliate link and dashboard.
