Terms of service

These terms form an agreement between you and NovaReach ("NovaReach", "we", "us"), the operator of Nova PR. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them, and to our Privacy policy. If you use Nova PR on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. One person or business may not run multiple accounts to get around limits or bans.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account.
• Accounts are either buyer or publisher accounts. A buyer account can be switched to a publisher account; this change is permanent.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, put other users at risk, or are involved in fraud.

Nova PR connects buyers with outlets and publishers. Some listings (the NovaReach rate board) are fulfilled by NovaReach through its media relationships; others are websites listed by independent publishers, who are responsible for their own sites and content decisions.

Listing metrics such as domain authority, reach and turnaround are provided in good faith from third-party tools and publisher declarations. They are estimates and may change; we do not guarantee traffic, rankings or business results from any placement.

• Orders are paid from your wallet balance at the price shown when you order. Prices are in US dollars.
• You must have the right to publish everything you submit, and it must not be unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or promote prohibited products or services.
• Each outlet keeps final editorial control. Outlets may edit for style, require disclosure labels, or decline content that breaches their guidelines.
• Once a live URL is delivered, review it and either approve it or request an improvement. Orders left in "pending approval" are approved automatically after three days.

• When you place an order, the price is moved from your main balance into a reserved (escrow) balance.
• Escrow is released to the publisher when the order is approved (by you or automatically).
• If an order is declined, cancelled before work starts, or not started by its deadline, the reserved amount is returned to your main balance.
• Service fees for content writing and other add-ons are shown in the order summary before you pay.
• Unused wallet balance may be refunded on request, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees. Bonus credit has no cash value.
• Articles cannot be "unpublished" for a refund once an order is completed; outlets usually keep content live indefinitely but we cannot guarantee permanence.

• Listing is free. You may only list websites you own or are authorised to sell space on, and you must verify ownership.
• Your metrics, prices and link policies must be accurate. We may review, pause or remove listings at our discretion.
• You must publish accepted articles within the stated turnaround, keep them live and indexable, and not alter links after delivery.
• Earnings are credited when an order completes. Withdrawals are paid to the PayPal or bank details you provide; you are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
• You must not take orders off-platform with buyers you met through Nova PR.

• Affiliates earn 10% of the value of completed orders placed by buyers they refer, for as long as the referred account remains active and the program runs.
• Referrals are attributed through a 180-day cookie or a referral code used at sign-up. Self-referrals and referrals obtained through spam, misleading ads or bidding on our brand terms are not eligible.
• The minimum payout is $100 and payouts are processed monthly. Commissions on orders later refunded or reversed may be deducted.
• We may change the program's terms with notice; commissions already earned are not affected.

You may not use Nova PR to publish illegal content; adult, gambling, weapons, drug or other restricted material unless the outlet expressly accepts it and it is lawful; malware or deceptive links; hate speech; or content that infringes anyone's rights. You may not scrape the platform, attempt to access other accounts, or interfere with its operation.

You keep ownership of content you submit, and grant the publishing outlet and NovaReach a licence to use it as needed to fulfil your order. Content ordered from our writers is assigned to you once the order is paid. The Nova PR platform, brand and software belong to NovaReach.

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, NovaReach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost rankings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the order giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance by email or in your dashboard. You may close your account at any time. Orders in progress when an account closes are completed or refunded under these terms.
